Aspall Organic Cyder Caesar Salad Dressing

Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar Caesar Salad Dressing - Serve with Char -grilled Chicken Salad



2 tbsp Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar
6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese

400g fresh chicken breast
Selection of fresh salad leaves
Spring Onions


1. Slowly add 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the Organic Cyder Vinegar until thickened and emulsified.
2. Add the salt and black pepper to taste
3. Add the Parmesan cheese.

To prepare the salad:

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips, place in a bowl and cover with 2 tablespoons of Organic Cyder Vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons olive oil for an hour.
2. Cook chicken in very hot pan for 4 – 5 minutes, turning frequently.
3. Place chicken on the salad leaves and garnish with baby spring onions. Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
